Composite Extender with stereo audio via Cat5 broadcasts video and stereo audio remotely up to 1000 feet away from a composite source using inexpensive CAT5e/ CAT6 UTP (unshielded twisted pair) cable. It includes transmitter and receiver unit. The transmitter connects to your source with composite video/stereo audio and the receiver connects to your HDTV composite video display and audio. Composite Video Extender defines a major advancement beyond using discrete op amps to transmit differential composite video signals over CAT5 cable. This composite extender via Cat5 works with satellite and cable set-top boxes, DVD players, D-VHS players and all other equipment that is equipped with composite video connections.
