Cat5 KVM switch is a 1U rackmount device that allows the user to control many computers or servers with a single keyboard, monitor and mouse. The KVM switch Cat5 is unique in that it uses Cat5/Cat6 UTP cabling to connect to your systems up to 40m away. The multiplatform design of the Cat5 KVM switch gives you the ability to mix PS2, USB and SUN systems with the use of dongles. Our Cat5 KVM is available in 16 or 32 port sizes and can be cascaded for connection to up to 256 servers. Control of the Cat5 KVM switch is done through front panel push buttons, OSD menu or hotkey combinations. Additional Cat5 KVM models are available such as the Cat5 KVM over IP which allows for remote access.
