Cat5 VGA and Audio Matrix Switch
Cat5 VGA Audio Matrix Switch or CAT5 video router is a device that combines Video Splitter and also the Video Switch technology into one, giving you the ability to distribute many VGA video and audio sources over Cat5 UTP cable up to 1000 feet away to many audio video displays, such as TV’s and LCDs. Cat5 Video Matrix Switch is ideal for large applications that require complex configurations where video is being sent throughout your facility. Maintaining and switching of the video matrix switch can be accomplished independently and/or remotely via RS232 through a graphical user interface (GUI) software program, IP control via web browser, infrared remote control or push buttons on the front of the unit. The Video Matrix Switcher is available in several form factors with sizes ranging up to 32x16 (32 inputs, 16 outputs), and can also be cascaded to create additional outputs. CAT5 Video Router models include VGA, Component or Composite video. Cat5 Video Router can handle high resolution video and operates at high bandwidth.
