VGA Video Splitter
VGA Splitter allows you to connect multiple VGA video displays to a single VGA video source simultaneously. The VGA video splitter works by connecting your local VGA source to the video splitter on the input side and output the video to your VGA displays using standard video cables. The VGA distribution amplifier is available in a number of sizes and ports, ranging from 2, 4, 8, and 16 port units. These vga video splitter units can be “daisy chained” together giving you the option to replicate and display video on up to 90 video monitors at the same time. The vga splitter can be used with any video source and video display that uses the VGA (HD15) connector. This can include PCs, Mac’s, SUN’s, VCR’s, and DVD’s. VGA distribution amplifier can support high resolution video including UXGA, SXGA, XGA, and VGA. Other types of vga distribution amplifier that are available involve transmitting video across inexpensive Cat5/Cat6 UTP cables. The vga splitter is a perfect solution for digital signage projects in environments such as hotels, casinos, restaurants and bars.
